Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, helping to solve complex engineering issues.

* Collaborate with design teams to implement engineering solutions that align with project specifications.

* Ensure site activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate project progress.

* Review and provide input into engineering designs, offering improvements or adjustments based on site requirements.

* Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets the required standards.

* Monitor and manage site resources, materials, and equipment.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

* A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally with some background in design.

* Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction methodologies.

* Proficient in using engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Desirable:

* Experience in infrastructure, residential, or commercial projects.

* Membership with a professional engineering body (e.g., ICE, IStructE).

* Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling).
