Opportunity to support and assist a professional, specialist recruitment team within a busy, friendly office. With an excellent telephone manner and keyboard skills, you will be a flexible and personable Recruitment Administrator for this important, varied and interesting position.

As our Recruitment Administrator you will undertake varied responsibilities including:-

Advertising - placing and managing the external adverts for the business
Monitoring, enhancing, adapting adverts to ensure the best responses
Administering and enhancing our recruitment software database
Registration of candidates, supporting recruitment activities
Answering and directing incoming calls
In order to be considered for this role you will ideally be from a fast paced sales environment and have the ability to handle additional responsibilities or new challenges on a day to day basis.  This role is integral to our operation; therefore, you must demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills with excellent written English grammar and spelling.

Ideally you will additionally possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel and have an excellent eye for detail. 

We are a well-established business with a reputation for providing technical recruitment services. Located in Shifnal which is great for rail or motorway networks from Telford, Newport, Wolverhampton, Stafford and surrounding areas. Free car parking is also available.

Office hours are 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday.
