• Attending private rented dwellings to complete requested repairs and maintenance.
• Initially accompanying an experienced member of staff.
• A typical day might include wet plumbing, painting, lifting & moving furniture, simple joinery and gardening.
• The job is varied and interesting.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven property services experience & knowledge of building maintenance issues.
• Trade qualifications desirable but not essential.
• First Aider at work qualification is desirable.
• Must be a team player, and work will solo as well as in a team.
• Physically fit.
