This remarkable SEN school in Richmond Ealing is in search of an experienced English SEN Teacher to join them in September on a full-time basis for one year as maternity cover. This unique school from ages 4 to 16 thrive to meet the needs of their students with Speech, Language and Communication needs who deserve the very best support. The English SEN teacher will be teaching functional skills, English to their KS4 pupils, leading a KS3 English group (working at lower key stage 2 level) and a range of English/ phonics interventions to different pupils.

It will be key for the SEN Teacher to develop skills in order to work with pupils with complex needs along with speech, language and communication difficulties. The successful SEN Teacher will be responsible for planning implementing and delivering a personalised curriculum to individual children and groups that is relevant and motivating for each child which is designed to meet the needs of their learners and remains flexible to provide bespoke learning opportunities.
