If so, we might have the perfect role for you. Academics are currently recruiting a teaching assistant to work in an excellent primary school in Merthyr Tydfil. The full time teaching assistant position is due to start after February half term, initially running until Easter but will be extended, performance depending.

The role of a Teaching Assistant includes:

Assist the teacher in the delivery of successful lessons.
Work with pupils in small groups and on a 1 to 1 basis.
Build and maintain professional relationships with other staff members

Weekly rate of £425 to £475 a week (depending on experience and qualifications)
