Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in the S26 area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing classes, managing student behavior, and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers
Following pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring their smooth implementation
Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a respectful and focused atmosphere
Supporting students with their learning and engagement in lessonsRequirements:

Previous experience working in a secondary school setting or similar environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
