Position Overview:We are currently seeking an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a school in Stockport. This school is an Alternative Provision (AP) that caters to young people with challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students and a strong background in working with children in a primary setting.

Key Responsibilities:Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.Assist with the management of student behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.Help with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Requirements:Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is essential.A full UK driving licence and access to a car.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with students who exhibit challenging behaviours.A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.What We Offer:
