Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and oversee mechanical installations on a high-end residential project. This role involves managing daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Reviewing drawings and coordinating material distribution.
Communicating effectively with site labour.
Enforcing health and safety policies and method statements.
Managing material schedules and orders.
Maintaining a site diary to record and report issues.
Monitoring site progress and guiding operatives.
Coordinating with main contractors on access and material deliveries.
Ensuring high standards of quality and safety on site.
Preparing construction programmes and managing resourcing issues.
Attending site meetings and managing risks.
Ensuring all work complies with specifications and is properly documented.Requirements of a Mechanical Project Manager:

Relevant qualifications in Project Management, such as APM PMQ or other recognized certification.
Extensive experience in mechanical systems, specifically heating systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
In-depth knowledge of heating systems, HVAC, and related mechanical systems. Familiarity with safety and quality standards for mechanical installations.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from concept to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Ability to anticipate, manage, and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
CSCS card.
