This role is pivotal in assessing various factors to ensure that the project can be completed as planned within the constraints of time, budget, and quality. The feasibility study is crucial for identifying potential risks and determining the project's overall practicality. You will lead, prepare and complete feasibility documents for customers. You will advise customers on all architectural aspects with the support of designers.

Reporting to our Preconstruction Manager, the key responsibilities:

* Coordinating designers, surveys, planners, cost planners, Operation managers, and potentially supply chain to gain value information

* Examining the physical characteristics of the site

* Evaluating proposed designs

* Ensuring regulatory compliance

* Funding evaluation

* Evaluating the return on investment to ensure it is a viable project

Essential and Desirable Criteria

Ideal candidate:

* An architect or Design Manager

* Experience working on projects in varying sectors, such as education, healthcare, blue light

* Experience of preparing feasibility studies

* You will be a consultative, persuasive person with an outgoing approach, dynamic and able to advise quickly
