Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to take the reins of a newly renovated nursery, complete with spacious rooms and a vibrant outdoor play area designed to inspire curiosity and growth in young minds.

What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager with a strong track record of positive Ofsted inspections
- A sound understanding of child development and EYFS frameworks
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive, and inclusive leadership style

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children
- Lead and inspire a team of early years professionals, offering ongoing support, training, and mentorship
- Plan, implement, and evaluate a rich curriculum that supports every child’s learning and development journey
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through open, honest, and collaborative communication
- Ensure the nursery meets all statutory and regulatory requirements, including safeguarding and health & safety standards
- Take responsibility for key administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and staff management
