As the Business Development Executive, you'll enjoy the following:

•A salary of up to 30-40k+ OTE
•Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break)
•28 days' holiday including bank holidays (to increase to 30 days after 2 years' service)

As the Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for:

•Achieving and exceeding sales goals
•Making outbound calls to SMEs, with the objective of securing face-to-face appointments or other opportunities for the external sales team
•Researching contacts and companies

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for a driven, tenacious, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated and resilient, with strong organisational skills. Prior sales experience of 6+ months is needed for the role.
