Permanent Mechanical Project Manager

* Running a team of Mechanical Engineers

* Planned and Reactive Maintenance

* Overall cost control of the job. The Estimator will price it at tender stage but once they land on site its his job to take over. They don't carry QS's.

* Must be able to value engineer.

* Potentially overseeing up to 3 jobs at one time depending on the size of the scheme(s), they will be up to £700k in value.

* Ensuring all engineers are working safely and respectfully as the commercial buildings will be occupied

* Delivery focused

* Bristol and surrounding areas

* All commercial, no domestic

Looking at a salary in the region of £60,000 per year, plus vehicle, plus bonus scheme and other usual benefits
