We’re on the hunt for a proactive, meticulous and focused Risk &Compliance Administrator / Executive, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy and strong data management skills, to join a successful law firm as their Source of Wealth and Funds Executive.

This role will provide a high level of compliance support to the Risk & Compliance Managers of an award-winning, multi-office legal practice.

Suitable candidates will ideally have knowledge of the legal sector together with relevant experience gained within compliance in a legal or financial services environment. You will be diligent, hard working, numerical and conscientious with a 'can-do’ and professional nature.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to the Risk and Compliance Managers
• Undertaking due diligence checks
• Managing risk management data
• Monitoring compliance and other regulatory procedures
• Assisting with the development of improved procedures
• File reviews and monitoring
• Analysing client feedback and preparing data
• General administration

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a Risk / Compliance based role, ideally gained in a legal or financial services environment
• Good level of knowledge of Risk and Compliance issues
• Knowledge of UK law and legal procedures and processes is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
• Strong IT literacy including good working knowledge of MS Office
• Experience preparing data / managing data
• Detail oriented approach with a meticulous eye for detail
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
• Team player
