Rental Advisor - Weybridge, Surrey

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

As a Rental Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, whether by phone, email, or in person. You'll help them with bookings, vehicle handovers, and the general day-to-day running of the rental desk. It's a fast-paced environment where common sense, flexibility, and attention to detail go a long way.

Key Responsibilities:
Taking rental bookings over the phone, via email, and in person
Meeting and greeting customers at the rental desk
Checking and verifying customer documentation
Creating and raising rental agreements
Organising vehicle handovers and changeovers with customers
Handling invoicing, payments, and general admin
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any queries
Supporting the wider team with general day-to-day operationsWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer-facing or admin-based role (automotive or rental sector experience a bonus!)
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Organised, dependable, and detail-oriented
Confident using computers and managing emails/bookings
A team player who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves
