Key Responsibilities:

Develop and ensure adherence to engineering procedures and standards.
Prepare and verify detailed engineering design deliverables and evaluations, including engineering drawings.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
Play a key role in formulating proposals and bids for new projects.
Coordinate closely with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction complies with design specifications.
Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring successful and on-time project delivery.
Minimum Requirements:

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Significant experience in design engineering and plant design environments.
Demonstrated leadership and technical expertise in civil and structural engineering for FEED and EPC projects.
Extensive experience within the petrochemical, refinery, or water industries.
Proven ability to work effectively on UK-based projects.
