Key Responsibilities:

You will be trained and empowered to:

* Advise and enforce company safety standards and procedures.

* Proactively identify risks and plan for opportunities.

* Facilitate risk reviews and assist in developing Safe Systems of Work.

* Conduct Health & Safety inspections and maintain accurate onsite documentation.

* Develop comprehensive H&S reports and engage the workforce on safety matters.

* Lead safety campaigns, stand-downs, and H&S expos.

* Trial innovative plant and equipment solutions to improve site standards.

* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive continuous safety improvements.

* Conduct internal and external audits (including ISO).

* Stay ahead with ongoing professional development in H&S best practices.
