Registered Children's Manager

Standby Healthcare have been commissioned to source a manager for a brand-new children's home in the Yorkshire area.
We are looking to speak with experienced managers with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position who have a real passion for progression in the services in which they are involved in. Working with children up to the age of 18, you will have cross functional experience in being able to work with those from differing backgrounds to those with learning disabilities, personality disorder and ADHD to complex needs.
You will have the backing of a business that is invested in this project for the long term and is coming to the market to challenge the existing providers across the region in terms of what is exceptional children's residential care.
You will:
Be working towards or have a level 5 in health and social care leadership award
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory position
A passion for success in supporting children and those with learning disabilities in residential setting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £55K per year
