- We are in Chester City Centre with easy access and parking
- We work 9-5 and finish at 3:00pm EVERY Friday

Basic Salary - Competitive, to be discussed in interview (we’re sensible). Reviewed annually and often increased.
Commission - 15% of everything you bill above £3,000 per month. Average fee per placement in 2024 is £2,432. Do the maths… you can earn good money here!!
OTE - genuinely between £32-36k in Year 1, after that - you should be looking at £40k+

As our business is so busy and 2024 a record year so far, we are keen to recruit an additional Recruitment Consultant. It is essential that you have proven experience of working within a process driven, fast paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:
Recruitment Process
- Managing the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to candidate placement
- Taking job requirements and visit clients onsite to discuss requirements and assess company culture
- Screening candidates, matching their skills to specific job requirements and company cultures - conducting telephone screenings and informal registration interviews.
- Submitting relevant CVs to clients, arranging interviews and managing the offer process, dealing with any negotiations that arise
- Developing both existing and new business opportunities, working with a diverse range of clients from local independents to some of the UK’s leading PLC dealer groups.
- Providing a consistently high level of service to both clients and candidates, to maintain strong brand reputation
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:-
ESSENTIAL
- Experience in the recruitment sector
- The ability to manage both existing client accounts and identify and develop new business opportunities
- The drive and tenacity to achieve targets and goals, whilst maintaining the highest possible service standards
- A genuine passion for customer service - able to deal with candidates, clients and any other parties with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
