We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our client's team in East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tendering for high-value construction projects, preferably with a Tier 1 contractor. Experience in recladding projects is a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate cost estimates for high-value construction projects.

* Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements.

* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers.

* Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

* Prepare tender documents and ensure compliance with industry standards.

* Conduct risk assessments and provide value engineering solutions.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.

* Extensive experience in tendering for high-value projects.

* Experience with Tier 1 contractors preferred.

* Expertise in recladding projects is highly desirable.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

* Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office
