Production Operative Night Shift!

Location: Goxhill, near Barton upon Humber

Start Date: Immediate

Pay Rate: £14.57 per hour (first 39 hours) £17.70 (after 39 hours)

Working Hours:

Monday- Wednesday 6:00pm - 6:-00am

Thursday 5:00pm- 1:00am

Contract Duration: On going

whilst on training you will be on the DAY shift:

Monday- Wednesday 6:00am - 6:00pm

Thursday 6:00am- 12:00pm

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated General Operative to join our team at our Goxhill facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our manufacturing environment, contributing to the efficient and safe operation of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manual Lifting: Engage in manual lifting of items weighing up to 25kg, adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines.

* General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organised working area, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace for yourself and your colleagues.

* Adherence to Safety Protocols: Strict adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:.

* Manual Handling Skills: Ability to safely lift and move items up to 25kg.

* Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

* Team Player: Strong team collaboration and communication skills.

* Punctuality: Reliable and punctual attendance to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
