Position: Ward Manager
Location: Bamber Bridge, near Preston
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm), 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year

As the Ward Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of professionals to provide high-quality, person-centered care. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and other service providers to ensure positive outcomes for those in your care. Candidate Requirements:

* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN

* Strong leadership skills with experience managing qualified professionals

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism

* Experience in an inpatient setting is desirable
