Do you have experience in senior commercial or pricing role within a consultancy business looking for a new challenge? Perhaps you're a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator looking to step up into a Head of Commercial role...

My client, a multi-sector consultancy with a heavy presence in the Water sector, is looking for a Head of Commercial and Pricing to be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies, driving commercial growth, and ensuring profitability across their organisation.

Your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end commercial processes, managing key stakeholder relationships, and optimising pricing models to support business objectives. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will have your own direct reports and you will lead negotiations with key partners, suppliers, and clients to secure favourable terms and agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Water sector experience is desirable, but experience within consultancy in other engineering sectors will also be considered, for example rail, highways or power.

This is a hybrid role, with attendance required in the Leeds office 3 days per week.

In return, my client offers an extensive benefits package including flexible working, paid training/career development, 24 days' annual leave + bank holidays, Bonus Scheme, Life Assurance and Pension Contribution Scheme.
