The Opportunity:
We are working with a leading UK consultancy that provides client-side project management services across major infrastructure and energy programmes. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to bring on board experienced Project Managers to support their public sector frameworks across the UK.
  
This role offers the chance to work on nationally significant programmes including highways, rail, water and renewable energy infrastructure. The consultancy values cross-sector experience, so successful candidates will have the opportunity to diversify their portfolio and broaden their sector knowledge over time.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver end-to-end project management services across the full project lifecycle
Engage with client stakeholders, contractors and consultants to drive delivery
Manage programmes and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered to scope, on time and within budget
Assist with procurement processes and contract management (e.g., NEC or similar forms)
Undertake regular site visits and progress reporting
Support in business case development and assurance processes
Contribute to continuous improvement within internal project delivery frameworks Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience delivering infrastructure or energy projects, ideally within a consultancy or client-side environment
Experience working on public sector frameworks (e.g., transport, utilities, environmental or local authority programmes)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project interfaces
Familiarity with structured project management methodologies (e.g., APM, PRINCE2)
Working knowledge of NEC contracts and public sector procurement processes desirable
Excellent communication and reporting skills Qualifications:

Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Construction, Project Management)
Professional accreditation (APM, RICS, PMP or working towards) is beneficial
