Our client is looking for a Maintenance and Technical Administrator.
Procure spare parts by negotiating the best pricing and placing orders with reliable suppliers.
Review maintenance expenses and ensure industry best practices are maintained.
Build and maintain relationships with approved contractors and service providers to secure critical resources.
Oversee daily maintenance checklists and report any incomplete tasks to the Maintenance Manager.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance administrative processes.
Ensure timely reporting of equipment service requirements and compliance with legal and operational standards.
Maintain organized records of compliance documentation, service reports, and supporting documents.
Manage stock levels of spare parts and report updates to maintain operational efficiency.
Document maintenance procedures, inspections, and re-certifications for operational and legal compliance.
Support the Maintenance Manager in administrative responsibilities related to production and maintenance.
Assist with production and maintenance-related projects as assigned.
Ensure compliance with operational health and safety regulations and ISO standards.
Strong understanding of maintenance practices and technical manufacturing processes.
Excellent negotiation and procurement skills.
Ability to manage administrative processes efficiently and maintain accurate records.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and accuracy.

3-5 years of experience in maintenance administration.
Experience in a global multinational company is beneficial.
