The successful Year 4 teacher will need to:

* Be a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or a Bachelor of Education. Early Careers Teacher (ECT) will also be considered.

* Have strong classroom management skills

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons to Year 4 pupils

* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support

* Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
