Copello have partnered with an established Air Traffic Management company in the recruitment of an Assistant Project Accountant. Based in Whiteley.

Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance.

Essential Skills/Experience:

* Ability to work collaboratively with the Head of Finance and the Project Accountants

* “Can do” and “right first time” attitude.

* Able to work under pressure.

* Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to engage, build and manage relationships across the company at all levels whilst providing robust challenges when required.

* Full understanding of what a report is going to be used for so that requirements can be tailored to suit the audience

Desirable Skills/Experience:

* Long-term contract accounting knowledge

* An understanding of balance sheet reconciliations

* Forecasting experience

* Previous experience of working with the UK MoD

* Proficient Excel user

* Working knowledge of PowerBI and Sage
