Corporate Reception & Client Services

As the first point of contact, you will deliver VIP-level service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and visitors. This position blends front desk reception, administrative coordination, and executive-level hospitality within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting & greeting high-profile clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Providing five-star guest services and ensuring all visitors receive VIP treatment.
• Managing front desk operations, including client check-ins and handling enquiries.
• Booking and managing meeting rooms using a computerised scheduling system.
• Coordinating catering and AV for board meetings and executive events.
• Liaising with executive PAs, directors, and service teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Handling occasional switchboard calls (most clients have direct dials).
• Booking couriers and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Conducting floor walks to ensure meeting rooms are in immaculate condition.
