UKP Property Group is looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team as a Business Development Executive. Our company specialises in helping businesses to reduce their Business Rates liabilities, we are seeking target driven individuals to help us reach out to more Business owners and offer help in these struggling times.
All Training and tools will be given to the correct candidate.
About The Role
* Promote our services to potential clients, based on information collected at head office
* Signing potential clients up for rate reductions and putting them on the Government portal
* Achieving weekly and monthly targets
* Maintaining accurate records of all appointments
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Friendly & Professional
* Target driven and motivated to succeed
* Ability to work within a team
* Has the ability to draw and measure a building (full training given)
What we offer you
* 4 fully qualified appointments per day that have the eligibility to be converted into new business deals
* All appointments checked by management to secure new sales
* Great working hours mainly between the hours of 10am-3pm
* We will only ask you to travel a distance of 75 miles from your home
