Randstad Education is seeking a professional and experienced PE teacher to join our schools in Colchester to provide quality physical education and inspire students to lead active, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified teaching status) is essential.
- Current safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
- Experience in teaching PE at the secondary level.
- Knowledge of a variety of sports and physical activities.
- First Aid certification is a plus.

- Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons that cater to a range of abilities and interests.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment, promoting physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during PE activities.
