Retail Collections Advisor
Salary: £12.89 Per Hour / £26,811.00 Per Annum
Shifts: Monday-Friday
Full time, Permanent - 40 hours per week
Location: Glasgow

The Role - Retail Collections Advisor

• Contacting business's to arrange payment of invoices
• Responsible for escalated issues from business's
• Answer any business queries regarding disputes with invoices
• To monitor and review customer debt - Collection through phone and e-mail
• Ability to overcome stalls and objections to come to agreement for debt collection
• Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with business customers.
• Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems

Required Experience

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous telephone experience
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Previous experience in credit control is desirable however not essential as full training will be given
• Great problem-solving skills
• Track record in customer query management
• Ability to work both a team and as an individual
• Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
• Ability to strive within a busy environment
• Knowledgeable on MS Office
