Head of Sales Operations

We are working with a client based in Hatton Garden who are seeking a new charismatic Head of Sales to join their team permanently. They are within the Luxury Jewellery industry, specialising in diamond sales. This exceptional opportunity to work within a Luxury Jewellers as the Head of Sales with a Salary of £55,000 -£65,000 and an 8% bonus based on performance.

As the Head of Sales Operations for a Luxury Jeweller you will have impeccable leadership along with communication. A driven individual with a very hands-on approach, the Head of Sales will be very resilient and direct whilst still having great people skills.

Collaborating closely with all departments, you excel in data analysis, employing a data-driven approach to make informed decisions to support our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

Develop, own and deploy retail sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
Manage and report on sales performance, strategy, targets and KPIs across all locations.
Oversee all sales and retail operations.
Accountable for the performance and development of the entire sales team.
Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and collaborate on long-term sales strategies with senior management.
Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales management within the same sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of creating both internal and external relationships.
Experience in managing complex operations and scaling teams within a growing business.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
