Description

The successful Intellectual Property Solicitor will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on Intellectual Property law matters (primarily, trade marks, design right and copyright)
• Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts
• Research complex legal queries (including AI and cross-border IP)
• Conduct proceedings in the IPEC, High Court and the IPO
• Prepare and file applications for registered trade mark and designs
• Ad hoc advice on broad commercial matters

Profile

A successful Intellectual Property Solicitor should have:

• 3+ years PQE
• The ability to provide excellent legal advice
• Strong knowledge of IP rights, copyrights and trademarks
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• Good team working skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues
