Are you passionate about enhancing people's lives by helping them develop their digital skills and enabling them to get online and stay connected?

Working as part of a team, you'll play a vital role in delivering our national digital support and skills program. Your responsibilities will include managing grant-funded and contracted digital support projects and local partnerships, contributing to the digital grants program, delivering digital skills support, recruiting and supporting our Digital Champion volunteers and ensuring residents can access digital devices and connectivity. Collaborating with colleagues across Clarion Futures and the Group, you'll help ensure that digitally excluded individuals and communities have the opportunity to improve their lives through digital inclusion.

To succeed in this role, you'll have experience in resident and community engagement, particularly working with individuals facing multiple barriers to getting online, seeking employment and accessing services. You'll be able to demonstrate working with volunteers to support the delivery of organisational goals and effective communication skills will be invaluable as you'll need to be able to engage with a diverse range of people.

These are hybrid roles however, most of the time you'll either be working from home or travelling throughout regions with office days as required.
