Do you have?
* Registered Manager qualification, Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care, or a relevant degree
* Proven experience in a homecare sector role, with a track record of high-quality care delivery
* Strong leadership and management abilities to inspire and motivate teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and stakeholders
* Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in domiciliary care
