Our client is an award winning Insurance organisation and they currently have a vacancy to recruit a highly experienced contact centre Sales Team Leader.

What are we looking for?

  • Essential: Strong experience working as contact centre sales team leader ideally from a regulated background
  • Essential: Strong Coaching and Performance Management experience
  • A Team Leader that has a track record of driving consistent sales performance
  • Demonstrable ability to engage their team and drive the right behaviours
  • Experience gained from a commercial regulated contact centre environment
  • A manager who can identify and manage under performance and behaviour
  • Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal

What will you get?

  • Salary: £30000 - £40000
  • Monthly bonus structure - Uncapped - Current TL’s earnings approx £1500 per month on top of basic salary
  • Hours of work - shifts will be within the hours of 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri with occasional Sat
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangement - approx. 1 to 2 days in office
  • Pension Scheme (matched contribution up to 5% OR 1.5 x personal contribution, up to 7.5%)

What will you do?

  • Key point of contact for your inbound sales team - providing consistent leadership, ongoing coaching and support
  • Drive incremental growth and increased sales performance across your team and department
  • Recognise and address under performance and behavioural issues across team
  • Setting and driving performance to exceed Sales and engagement KPI targets
  • Liaising with supervisors and manager to review the performance of staff and identify training needs
