Recruitment Manager - MDE Group, Bristol, Central

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

OTE - £80,000 to £100,000

Working Pattern: Mon-Fri

Are you an experienced and dynamic recruitment professional looking for a new management opportunity in the thriving city of Bristol?

MDE Group UK is seeking a Recruitment Manager from an Engineering or Manufacturing to lead an established team of 2 ready to scale in 2025. This is a strategic hire for MDE as we finalise our business plans for 2025 and look to launch an exciting growth journey as we double our headcount over the next 12 months.

Responsibilities:

* Driving sales activity to ensure all team targets are met

* Developing sales consultants to become high performers and identify and develop future team leaders

* Monitoring team's activity daily to ensure sales targets are hit

* Deep diving into recruitment consultant's business, call Listening, deskside coaching

* Conducting and documenting 1-2-1 Appraisals

* Inducting new employees

* Mentoring inexperienced staff in MDE recruitment process

* Guiding and supporting recruiters setting up desks in new verticals

* Conducting weekly sales meetings, reviewing open vacancy list ensuring; new vacancy information adequately gathered, all roles advertised, min of 3 CV's sent to all open roles, adequate resources assigned

* Maintaining sales forecast tool, and providing input to monthly management report

* Providing input for budget forecasts

* Personal billings on own recruitment desk

Requirements:

* Track record of managing 360 recruiters in a fast paced, sales led agency environment

* Solid track record of achieving sales targets

* Demonstratable success in wining and growing new accounts

* Demonstratable success mentoring and coaching less experienced consultants
