About the Role:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee commercial schemes with packages worth £50,000. Based in Central London, this is an excellent opportunity to manage high-profile mechanical construction projects in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. You will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000, along with a great bonus package.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage mechanical construction activities for commercial schemes valued at up to £50,000.

* Work closely with project teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

* Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring everything is delivered on time and within budget.

* Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

* Resolve any on-site issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the overall project.

* Regularly report project status and progress to senior management and clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager, ideally within the commercial sector.

* Strong project management skills and experience with mechanical construction processes.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or construction management.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
