Salary: £26,000 | 40 hours per week | All year round

 

Our client, a well-established and nurturing nursery, is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and have experience working in a nursery setting. This role involves providing high-quality care and education to young children, fostering their development in a safe and stimulating environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Assistant or Nursery Practitioner.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • A genuine passion for early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe, secure, and engaging environment for children.
  • Plan and implement activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress, sharing insights with parents.
  • Ensure all nursery policies and procedures are followed.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of the nursery.
