Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor with expertise in high-rise RC/steel structures and large panel construction?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance Chartered Building Surveyor to carry out Building Safety Case (BSC) reports. This critical role involves creating template-driven executive summaries for submission to the regulator, accompanied by comprehensive action plans and trackers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Building Safety Case Reports: Conduct thorough and detailed assessments of high-rise reinforced concrete (RC) and steel structures, as well as large panel constructions.

* Executive Summaries: Compile and present findings in a clear, concise executive summary format tailored to regulatory standards.

* Action Plans and Trackers: Develop and maintain action plans and tracking systems to ensure compliance and address any identified safety issues.

* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all reports and documentation meet current building safety regulations and standards.

Ideal Candidate:

* Qualifications: Must be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)

* Experience: Proven experience in conducting Building Safety Case reports, particularly for high-rise and large panel structures.

* Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent report-writing capabilities.

* Knowledge: Up-to-date with current building safety regulations and best practices.
