Payroll Administrator - Permanent Role
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £27,000 per annum

As a Payroll Administrator, you will:

* Accurately prepare and process payrolls to meet agreed timelines
* Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
* Administer statutory payments, pension schemes, and year-end activities, including P60 distribution
* Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, managing expectations and queries professionally
* Continuously enhance knowledge of payroll systems, pension regulations, and statutory requirements through training

* Proven experience in a similar payroll role
* A detail-oriented, organised approach to work
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication, numeracy, and customer service skills
* Confidence in complying with GDPR and HMRC legislation
* A self-motivated mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
