Title: Estimator / Quantity Surveyor- Fire Protection

Location: Bury
Salary: £45,000 (including progression opportunities for a growing company)

Key Benefits

Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Pension scheme (3% employer contribution after qualifying period)

Role & Responsibilities

50/50 split between Estimating and Quantity Surveying
Review and complete tender enquiries for passive fire protection.
Work closely with senior members of the team to submit tenders.
Attend site to carry out valuations, variations and site meetings.
Complete cost value reports, and final accounts.
Procurement of raw materials and plant for site.
Ensure projects are completed within budget.

Specialist passive fire protection contractor with project values ranging from £50k to £2 million
Focuses on commercial and high-rise residential projects.
A small but rapidly growing business with significant expansion plans.

Required Knowledge & Experience

Previous experience in passive fire protection
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word.
Full UK driving license.
