Description

• Create documents and reports for team
• Data entry on Excel, update CRM systems
• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared for meetings
• Ordering office supplies
• Book couriers, arrange post
• HR administration, updating employee records
• Support other areas of the business when needed
• Cover reception when needed, meet and greet visitors

Profile

• Excellent administrative skills
• Competent in Microsoft package including excel (data entry)
• Previously used database/CRM tools
• Excellent customer service skills, in person, phone and email
• Able to build relationships and work as part of a team
• Able to support various teams in the business to meet objectives
