Job Details:

• Team Leader / Senior Support Worker
• Joining a national organisation, that offers training and support from day 1
• Joining a home based in Wigan
• The home specialises in support for 1 child
• The home specialises in support for children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
• As a Team Leader you will hold management responsibilities to ensure the staff team provides therapeutic and effective support to the YP within the person
• You will lead shifts and support staff on shift
• You will provide support to the YP within the home
• Work within the management team to ensure the home provides OFSTED standard support
• Support with recruitment

Contract Details:

• Full-time, permanent contract
• 1 on, 2 off + sleeps
• £13.50 p/h
• Sleep in rate = £30 per sleep

Requirements Details:

• Essential - Level 3/4 in children and young people
• Essential - Driving Licence and access to a care
• Ideal - Team Leader / Senior Support Worker experience
