Link3 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 2 Qualified Nursery Assistant / Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Coventry (CV3). Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily running of the nursery and assist in delivering high-quality care and education to children in the early years age range.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children to thrive in.
• Support the team in planning and implementing creative activities to enhance children’s development.
• Work closely with other staff and parents to ensure the well-being of all children.

Requirements:

• Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Passionate about child development and supporting young learners.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and health & safety regulations.
