About the opportunity:
We are presenting a new and exciting opportunity for a highly organised and solutions focused Chief Operating Officer to join the team in Melton Mowbray.
As a Chief Operating Officer, you will focus on optimizing service delivery and improving efficiencies across the operations, customer service and collections teams. You lead the digital transformation and improvements of business processes and ensure the business operates with an optimal balance of quality, flexibility, control, and cost.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills to shape the future of the company's operational performance.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Relevant academic and professional qualifications (Banking, Finance, insurance, leasing or related field)
- Previous experience in a senior level operations position within banking, finance, insurance, leasing or related industries.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations.
- Proven experience in identifying and managing the risks, issues and dependencies inherent within complex projects.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Live within a commutable distance to the offices in Melton Mowbray.
