Our client is seeking a Registered Manager for their new solo EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) homes in Chesterfield. With plans to establish eight individual solo EBD homes in Chesterfield, they are focused on creating nurturing environments where children with complex needs can thrive. The Registered Manager will:

Lead the homes through dual Ofsted registration, ensuring compliance with all standards.
Oversee the setup and operation of eight solo homes, providing personalised care.
Develop a positive, nurturing environment for children and staff.
Build and manage a skilled, dedicated team with strong leadership.
Implement individualised care plans for each child's needs.
Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders like local authorities and families.
Drive continuous improvement to maintain high standards of care.

The ideal Registered Manager will have:

Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
Strong understanding of safeguarding, regulations, and Ofsted standards.
Experience with EBD or complex behavioural needs.
Proven success in leading a home through Ofsted registration with good or outstanding ratings.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards it).
