Warehouse Administrator // Dartford // Temp to Perm // £26-27,000 per annum
My client, a leader in luxury products for high spec interiors, are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join them on a full-time temporary basis, however it will go permanent after a few weeks. Within this role you will offer general administrative support to the Warehouse Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
 
Role and Responsibilities:

Accurately process and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintain up-to-date records of inventory levels and stock movements.
Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
Prepare and update reports, including stock levels, shipment tracking, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Support warehouse staff with administrative tasks as needed 
Experience and Expertise:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
Package:

£26-27,000 per annum
25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
