Interim Head of Student Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Head of Student Services at a small educational institution located in the bustling heart of London. This role is ideal for someone with a background in further or higher education, looking to impact student success and well-being on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Student Services department to ensure optimal support for students.
Develop and implement strategies that enhance student engagement and mental health support.
Maintain compliance with educational standards and policies.

Required Skills:

Experience in Further or Higher Education: You should have proven experience working within the education sector, at a managerial level, capable of steering a team towards enhancing student experience and services.
Mental Health First Aid Training: As the welfare of students is paramount, this role requires skills in mental health first aid to effectively manage and train staff on student mental health issues.This is a full-time contract position requiring your presence on site five days a week.
