Position: Registered Children's Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary: £45k - £65k

If you've got at least 2 years of experience in a children's setting within the last 5 years, we want to hear from you!

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at a Children's Residential Home in Ipswich. Our home is currently home to 2 young people, offering care and support to those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). With a capacity of 2 beds, our goal is to provide a nurturing and supportive environment where young people can thrive.

Key Requirements:

• OFSTED Registered (or willing)
• Proven experience in children's residential care, particularly with EBD
• Strong leadership and management skills
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to young people
