This is an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Finance Administrator to join a successful consultancy firm to work out of their London Office to provide support to the finance team in the processing of finance tasks.
This role is to start ASAP so please only apply if you are immediately available.
Your main duties would be:
- Process weekly timesheets and prepare associated reports
- Process purchase invoices and expense claims and seek approval for payment
- Process weekly payment run
- Assist in the completion of month end routines and prepare management accounts and reports
- Respond to ad-hoc queries from colleagues and external parties, e.g. clients and suppliers
Experience Required:
- Knowledge and experience of basic Excel
- ERP or accounts software package
